We want your Rataway order to reach you quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, timescales, and how to track your parcel.

UK Delivery

We offer two convenient delivery options for customers in the United Kingdom:

• UK Standard Delivery — Estimated 3–5 working days
• UK Express Delivery — Estimated 1–2 working days

Free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50. This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

International Delivery

We're happy to ship Rataway products internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your destination, but most international orders arrive within 5–14 working days of dispatch.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed, and a further notification once it has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey right to your door.

If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first — and if it's not there, don't hesitate to get in touch.
