Don't just manually spray, spray the Rat-Away Smart way!
Our Rat-Away automatic liquid spray system works simply and easily using 2 x AA batteries (not included), and is super easy to set up in seconds!
Open, Insert batteries, fill dispenser with our Rat-Away Smart Spray Liquid, hang dispenser in chosen area with your chosen preferences, time and spray settings and automatically spray away!
PLEASE NOTE;- Once you have filled up the Rat-Away dispenser with our smart spray liquids, you must prime the machines spray bottle manually by pressing and spraying the bottle several times, before inserting back into the dispenser.

 

 

 FAQ's

  •  What Strength liquids do you provide and how should I apply them?
Standard strength - Suitable for Home / Office / School environments with minor infestations
Super strength - Suitable for Warehouse / Retail / Food industry environments with minor to large infestations
Maximum strength - Suitable for Farming / Government / Factory Industrial environments with large to major infestations 
(A higher number of dispensers and spray bottles will be required to securely protect large areas. 1 dispenser covers approx 20-40 m2 dependent on temperature and other variables).
  • Can I use the dispenser in my house?​
    • Our Smart Spray dispenser can be used in places like lofts, garages and basements where infestations occur but can also be safely used in homes due to the natural Eco-friendly ingredients. You can use it on 1, 3 or 5 minute intervals depending on the application and severity of the problem / infestation.
  • Do you provide batteries and what type?
    • AA batteries are required and are not provided.​
  • Will this also work for mice infestations?​
    • Yes our proprietary blend is also just as effective in repelling mice, foxes and also spiders and squirrels!​
  • How long until I need to refill the dispenser with more liquid?
    • Totally depends on time settings chosen, temperature and other area / environment conditions but it should last between 2-7 days.

Troubleshooting​
  • Ensure battery polarity is correct​ (Red light will flash if depleted batteries).
  • Check liquid tank is not empty​ (Blue light will flash if liquid is depleted).
  • Check there is at least a 1 cm gap of liquid at the top of the liquid bottle​
  • Make sure you have primed the machine spray bottle by manually spraying when you add spray bottle back to the dispenser​
  • Check settings 24hrs or (If using Day / Night settings it will only operate for 12 hours)
  • When inserting the bottle after filling and priming, please ensure the spray nozzle is free and centered and not being blocked by closing the dispenser lid.
  • You should regularly check the nozzle dispenser and wash it in warm water to avoid any spraying issues.
