Our Story

Rataway was born out of sheer frustration. Like so many homeowners and business owners across the UK, our founders faced the misery of a pest problem — and were horrified by the options available. Traditional pest control meant a choice between cruel snap traps, inhumane poisons, or expensive call-outs that could cost hundreds of pounds, often with no guarantee of results.

To make matters worse, research from the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) suggests that up to 70% of rats have developed resistance to traditional rodenticides. Poisons that once worked are increasingly ineffective — yet the suffering they cause remains very real.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we created one.
